Internal Sales Representative for HP

Your job will be to make HP´s partners heroes in front of HP´s common customers. 

HP will never have the means or resources ourselves as close as we want to be to all customers. But we can give our partners the right prerequisites to be just that. The way into HP goes through you. You are HP's speaking partner and responsible for delivering the best service in the industry to your appointed partners.

Although this is a sales role, HP assume that you use your ears and mouth in a proportional way. HP´s job is to make their partners‘ offer better to their common customers. That will mean to listen into what is needed but also have the knowledge of what resources and possibilities that are available for that partner. You will be the single point of contact for the partner and be accountable for that. But you will also have a vast delta under you with lots of different touch points internally. This means that you need to be fluent in both Swedish and English.

 

There will also be large elements of reaching out to your partners proactively and maintain a regularity in the communication between them and HP. You will be the one pointing at different opportunities that we bring to the table.

 

A university degree would be valued since it would provide insights in your educational level of thinking. That is however a skill and level that could be obtained elsewhere than in the university. It is up to you to let us know.

 

In the role of Internal Sales Representative the main tasks will include:

  • Receive incoming calls/ emails from HP's partners
  • Be confident discussing products and be able to offer support as required to HP´s partners
  • Reaching out to your partners proactively and maintain a regularity in the communication between them and HP
  • Assist partners with product information and pricing queries
  • Provide support to the sales team. 

 

ABOUT YOU

We are looking for a service minded candidate with good sales and communicative skills. You are fluent in both Swedish and English and have interest to grow and develop in your role. Furthermore, we see that you have drive, enthusiasm and commitment.

 

Important for the role:

  • Previous sales experience preferable
  • Good communication skills in both Swedish and English language
  • Strong team player
  • High degree of self-motivation and "can do" attitude
  • Ability to communicate with people at all levels

The team

We are 130-140 people in the office in Sweden. We are some 15 individuals including the manager in the team. We are equal in terms of gender in the team.
