As a Legal Counsel for Webhelp Nordic you will have a key role to support managing our rapidly growing business from a legal and regulatory compliance point of view. Together with a junior legal counsel and compliance specialist you form Webhelp Nordic’s Legal and Compliance Team. Team is, with support from external legal partners, handling legal matters for Webhelp companies in the Nordics, Baltics, Ukraine and Spain. Big scope of your work is contractual and negotiation support with clients, but the versatile role requires ability to provide legal advice for different areas of the business. With your recognized experience and skillset to independently handle legal matters, you not only help the organization to mitigate risks but aid to manage the business in a more successful way.

  • Provide legal advice and support to the business units in various commercial, corporate, GDPR and labor matters etc.
  • Draft, negotiate and advise on client, supplier and partner agreements
  • Develop and align the Legal Governance, Risk Management, and Compliance (LGRC) approach across the companies in Webhelp Nordic Region.


We believe that you fulfill the following requirements:

  • Degree in law at university level.
  • + 5 years of experience from corporate/commercial law at law firm or in-house, of which majority in a multinational environment

·        Able to communicate fluently and confidently in English and Swedish with clients, senior management and external parties, both orally and in writing. Other language skills are a plus.

  • Ability to adopt readily the dynamics of the business and to generate a business orientated approach.
  • Flexible scheduling and readiness occasionally to travel.
  • Excellent problem-solving and self-organization skills.
  • Analytical skills and ability to work under time pressure to meet tight deadlines and client’s expectations.
