Information about the job
In this role, you will handle customer questions in real-time from first contact to resolution. Working as part of a vibrant team in a fast-paced environment, you will deliver exceptional customer service in a proactive manner by taking the time to understand the needs of each individual customer. By taking ownership and responsibility for customer inquiries, you will ensure timely and accurate resolution of customers' problems in alignment with Webhelps expectations for performance.
Working in a contact center or call center means there's a certain structure to your work. You do not have the flexibility to come and go as you please. There is a schedule that you will need to follow, meaning breaks and lunches are normally scheduled for you.
When you log in before your working day you will see how your schedule looks like for that day. We have a team who monitors the line coverage, and we schedule breaks and lunches to avoid leaving the lines with bad coverage, potentially building up queues - all improving our availability for the customers. If you wish to move your break or lunch times you typically need to reach out to a manager.
At Webhelp we will measure your performance, and you will have clear and achievable goals. Examples of goals can be, but is not limited to, towards pre-defined key areas such as customer satisfaction, issue resolution, average time spent per case/customer and many other areas. At Webhelp we try to be as transparent as possible when it comes to what is expected of you - we help you if you're struggling and we praise when things are going well!

You have completed high school, and have no problems communicating with everything and everyone, in both Swedish and English. Also, you like it best when there is a lot to do.
