As a customer advisor at Webhelp you will get a rotation of working hours.
General information regarding the schedule
At Webhelp your work schedule is based on a fixed rotation (5 to 10 weeks long) so you can plan your days off for months ahead even if schedule is not available.
Your timetable will typically be available for the next 4 weeks publishing in front. The two upcoming weeks are always locked, while outside these two weeks the scheduled start/end times and days off may be adjusted per staffing needs in accordance with your rotation.
You can exchange shifts with a colleague who has the same shift length and training as you. This can be changed in the timetable by using our scheduling portal TeleOpti. If there is no possibility to swap your shift with your colleagues, you can also attempt reach out to your Team Manager. There is no guarantee you will be able to change your shifts, and note that on a general basis you will need to work the shifts scheduled for you.
We try to create as a predictable schedule for you as possible so that it's easy to plan your life around work. You will never work more than 6 consecutive days in a row.
Vacations can be applied for all year around. Note that we have the highest demand in the Christmas and summer periods.
If you're a part-timer
Working as a part-timer with us opens opportunities for you to adapt to busy everyday life such as studies, spending more time with your family amongst other things. As a part-time employee at Webhelp, you will have your own rotation schedule with 5 shifts per week of 4 hours.
Typically you work an average of 20 hours per week. For the most part you will be assigned to early shifts that start between 08 and 10 or evening shifts that end between 18 and 20.
In addition, you will have mix of week day and weekend shifts, but if you are assigned to work on a Saturday or Sunday, you will get a day off on a weekday.
