Information about the training
We at Webhelp want to make sure that you are well equipped, up to date and able to perform to give each customer the best possible service. That's why we make sure that you first go through a thorough four-week intensive (at distance) education that gives you all the tools and skills you need to help customers in the best possible way with their phone and tablet issues.
You will be trained in the products and their use, while also learning the correct approaches to finding resources and troubleshooting. In addition, during these weeks you will have the opportunity to test yourself, in the role of customer advisor where you will handle real conversations with the support of your own mentor.
In the third training week, you will be given a test to confirm that you have all the theoretical knowledge you need to proceed to the final training week. After the test is passed, the coming week will be more hands-on and more in line with a normal workday with 50/50 call handling and follow-up training to ensure you are ready to perform and give every customer an exceptional experience in every call.
As a continuation of the training, the first few weeks will be focused on you becoming comfortable in the role of customer advisor. Within the next months your journey will continue and you will receive further training in additional products, for example PC's.
We are focused on giving you the best opportunity to build on your knowledge and achieve continuous growth, which is why we give you access to an internal learning portal, where you can dive deep into the areas you find most challenging. We'll even give you dedicated time in your schedule, so we and you are sure you'll have time to learn as much as possible. As your knowledge increases, you will be given more responsibility and given more challenges. So, to help you along the way, our dedicated team leaders and coaches will, through individual follow-up plans, map your current level and together with you set goals to get you up to speed and able to meet the requirements for performance in no time.
